Recruitment Manager

Are you an experienced leader who creates excellent recruitment and sourcing strategies to fill manpower needs?  


Do you have good reporting skills, can analyze numbers and can provide justification on all sorts of data driven matrix? 


As the Recruitment Manager, you will be accountable for the supervision of the Recruitment and Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Administrators on their day-to-day activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining site talent flow of applicants from sourcing, onboarding, recruitment caravans, job fairs, community affiliations, and other recruitment efforts (including both Traditional and Technology methods) that will boost the candidate talent pool of Quantrics. 


You will have an opportunity to… 

  • Execute the recruitment and sourcing strategy for the mass and corporate hiring requirements of Quantrics 

  • Also handles Senior Specialists, Technical Recruiters and Specialist  

  • Conduct interviews and behavioral assessments for all hiring requirements, as needed 

  • Create reports and dashboards for proper visibility and updates on hiring provisions 

  • Ensure adherence to the SLAs for recruitment and sourcing including, but not limited to, applicant flow, pass rate, applicant ratio, new hire attrition, and overall applicant experience 

  • Ensure 100% compliance of all pre-employment requirements of new hires 

  • Coach and mentor Recruiters and Senior Specialists on a regular basis 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and 3rd party contractors 

  • Coordinate and maintain strong partnerships with the communications team to sustain marketing strategies for all hiring needs 

  • Recommend and create process improvements for better stability of the Recruitment Team 

  • Create and revise all Job Descriptions 

  • Research and develop new trends and approaches in Talent Management 

  • Ad-hoc tasks, as required

  • 5 years+ experience in handling mass hiring and corporate recruitment 

  • Educational Attainment of bachelor’s degree is required 

  • Very good communication skills 

  • Resourceful, creative, and innovative in creating sourcing ideas 

  • Solid knowledge and experience in report generation 

  • Strong background in building networks and connections 

  • Highly organized with the ability to keep composure when handling tasks 

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential 

  • Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal (SM Taytay IT Park, East Manila Road) 

  • Willing to work full-time in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required)
