Team Leader- Sales

You will have an opportunity to:

• Lead and coach a sales team to drive sales metrics forward.
• Design, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals
• Elevate sales performance through solid coaching and identifying skills gaps
• Identify new methods and techniques which can contribute to sales growth
• Monitor, coach, mentor and develop agents with a goal of exceeding all performance metrics
• Analyze root cause of problems, identify trends and recurring problems, and suggest resolutions
• Share and knowledge transfer effective sales techniques

You will be a great fit on our team if:

• Must have 2-3+ years’ experience driving sales performance as Team Leader or Supervisory role
• Previously recognized for sales achievements through awards and rankings
• Loves leading and coaching sales agents and tapping into their raw potential
• A leader that is a positive, selfless and motivating voice for the agent
• Naturally competitive and loves to lead the top sales team because/he/she has done it before
• Confident and excited to present sales results and performance to senior leaders
