Reporting to the Manager, Medium Business Loyalty and Retention, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a number of proactive and reactive churn reduction strategies for corporate accounts.


The Medium Loyalty and Retention Rep support with all Sales Channels nationally to develop customer loyalty and satisfaction. The Medium Loyalty and Retention Rep must be solution and sales driven with superior negotiation skills in order to balance the customer needs with those of the business.



Duties include:


  • Facilitating corporate contract renewals
  • Create proposals, ROI’s, contract addendums, and migrations
  • Support revenue assurance activities and projects
  • Respond to reactive in bound retention calls and emails
  • Execution of various marketing/executive driven campaigns
  • Discuss and analyze billing and usage pattern with corporate key contacts
  • Other duties on an ad-hoc basis as assigned



Critical Requirements:


  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand corporate mobility NAG (Node Account Group) contracts and accounts
  • Time management skills
  • Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skills in sound decision making, problem solving, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Bell Mobility corporate products, services, data & voice pricing, policies
  • Ability to develop creative solutions for complex client issues
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills a must
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Systems)
  • Candidates must be bilingual, fluent in French & English (read, written, spoken)

The successful candidate will have to communicate effectively and represent Medium Loyalty and Retention in a professional and effective manner. The incumbent will be analytically inclined; always positive when called upon for assistance.

In addition, must be available to work between 8:00AM - 5PM EST.


Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
