On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
The Bell sales team is fun, supportive, dynamic and highly entrepreneurial in nature. Our Client Executives are self-driven. This role is required to support our current account base, generate new opportunities and grow our overall revenue. The ideal candidate would have enterprise account management sales experience. The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package including a base salary and a sales bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and profit objectives.
- Develop a sales strategy based on Bell Business Markets (BBM) product strategy, your revenue objectives, and the client’s business objectives.
- Develop strategies and tactics that leverage competitive advantages and profitability
- Drive the sales cycle from start to close.
- Build key relationships within your client organization (CIO, CFO, Director of IT, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business development.
- Develop and coordinate deliverables in terms of presentation, unsolicited proposal and RFP response.
- Lead negotiations, particularly regarding terms, prices and service quality objectives.
- Keep up with industry news, emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value.
- Ongoing training by exploring and studying new technologies, both internally and externally, to create value to the customer during the sales process.
Critical Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, including the management of significant accounts, in the fields of cloud computing, telecommunications, or ICT.
- Experience in solution selling for complex, long-term deals.
- Ability to coordinate team members for presale activities.
- Leadership skills in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of the main business sectors such as: Cloud services and Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Mobility and 5G, Unified Communications & Contact Center, Internet and Private Networks and Data Center.
- Sales experience in public sector accounts is an asset.
- Relevant experience in managing RFP’s analysis processes and is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & Salesforce.
- English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
