We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and passionate Sales Coordinator to act as a change-agent at the corporate level who will pro-actively contribute to our sales initiatives.  Reporting to the Manager Sales Support, this position is for a charismatic, creative, dynamic professional who has a key understanding of digital and media with a drive to fulfill best in class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in the day-to-day operations of sales activities
  • Project manage sales processing of digital ad campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication
    • Coordinate with the sales representatives and Digital Account Manager on order details, delivery timelines, and product information
    • Coordinate order and contract creation, booking, trafficking, and reports
    • Campaign maintenance, implementing optimizations as needed
  • Maintain organized tracking of campaign workflows, along with a digital filing system of contracts, client communication, and sales materials
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate assets (e.g. creative files, signatures, campaign progress & performance reports)
  • Attend sales training, and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company
  • Participate in client and internal digital meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Process-oriented and customer service mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing campaigns, resolve or escalate issues appropriately, and work effectively to manage various deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with order management systems (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Placements.IO, Freewheel) is an asset
  • Proactive and eager to learn new software and technology platforms
  • Prior experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and strategies an asset

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
