The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and Bell Home phone, local and long distance services.

 

The MDU Partnerships team is being expanded to respond to increasing competition from cable companies and CLECs across Bell’s Residential Services market. This team requires individuals to be business savvy and customer oriented.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The administrative coordinator - Partnership MDU – will actively research multiple platforms to provide the tools and information to the account executives and help them in their quest to reach out to the proper owners/property managers and engage the negotiation to modernize their properties. The purpose of the negotiations is to secure Access and Marketing rights to each residential site provided by Network to deploy Bell Fibre (Access) and enable the field sales team to sell BRSB products and services to the occupant (Marketing). Knowledge of the residential building industry is a definite asset.

JOB DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Fiber overlay program – Assistance

 

  • Conduct research on various search engines in order to obtain coordinates of building owner’s and/or property manager
  • Communicating with building owner and/or property manager to schedule meetings and/or events
  • Assisting the account managers with the execution process of the access and marketing agreements
  • Validate some of the sites entered in the database to confirm who will be responsible for the negotiation
  • Entering of the completed access agreements in Sales Force

 

Validation of existing agreements

 

  • Reaching out to existing partners to update their portfolio of buildings
  • Corroborate the validity of the information
  • Engage different internal resources to modify and correct the information part of our existing agreements
  • Follow-up to ensure that all the parameters are correctly modified
  • Other administrative duties, as required

     

    Salesforce Assistance

     

  • Assisting account managers with the creation of files in Salesforce
  • Assisting team with reporting

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

Competencies:

 

  • Fluently bilingual (French and English – written and spoken)
  • Salesforce Database an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail is a must
  •  

Educational requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in sales/marketing and/or administrative program, or equivalent professional experience.
 

 

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
