We are looking for a visionary Data Leader and Architect to design and build our next-generation data foundation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Define the vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for a scalable, real-time data platform that supports our "Unified Data Foundation" and "Intelligence Layer".
• Lead the hands-on design and implementation of our data architecture (including AI models and intelligence) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud vendors, with a focus on real-time data ingestion, processing, enriching and consumption.
• Architect robust and scalable data integration solutions to create a unified customer view by consolidating data from a variety of sources, including Google CCaaS, ServiceNow, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud), and our digital platforms (Website/App).
• Build the data backbone to power our tools, enabling context-aware customer interactions and intelligent workflows.
• Implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and discoverability across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across vendors, existing data teams and business teams to understand data needs and evangelize a data-driven culture.
Critical Qualifications
• You have 10+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data architecture, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior architect role.
• You possess deep, hands-on expertise with the Google Cloud Platform data stack, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Storage.
• You have a demonstrated track record of designing and building large-scale, cloud-native data platforms that are real-time, reliable, and scalable.
• You have strong experience in integrating data from various SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and enterprise systems.
• You are proficient with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka) and modern data warehousing concepts (ex. LakeHouse).
• You have practical experience implementing data governance, data quality, and data cataloging solutions.
• You can translate business requirements into a technical vision and long-term data strategy.
• You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building data platforms for personalization engines.
• Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
