Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast and analyze channel partner performance focusing on expense management
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and projected results, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial reports and presentations to Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business primes, consolidation and controllers teams
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiency
  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end close processes and reporting deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the channel partner landscape and industry best practices.
  • Manage and approve budget transfers within established guidelines and procedures.

Critical Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either accounting/finance, business/commerce and/or previous financial reporting experience
  • 2-3 years in similar finance and/or accounting role
  • Working knowledge of S4 Hana and associated accounting systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, including SAP and BPC
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models and perform data analysis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience preparing and leading presentations to all levels of executive
