Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast and analyze channel partner performance focusing on expense management
- Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and projected results, presenting findings to senior management.
- Prepare and present insightful financial reports and presentations to Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business primes, consolidation and controllers teams
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiency
- Ensure the timely completion of month-end close processes and reporting deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the channel partner landscape and industry best practices.
- Manage and approve budget transfers within established guidelines and procedures.
Critical Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in either accounting/finance, business/commerce and/or previous financial reporting experience
- 2-3 years in similar finance and/or accounting role
- Working knowledge of S4 Hana and associated accounting systems
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, including SAP and BPC
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models and perform data analysis
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience preparing and leading presentations to all levels of executive
