About AI Fabric

AI Fabric is Bell’s national AI infrastructure platform, building and operating data centres across Canada purpose-built for AI workloads. We sit at the intersection of telecommunications, energy, real estate, and government policy. Our mandate: keep Canadian data in Canada and process it under Canadian operational control. The work spans hyperscale and enterprise customers, provincial and federal government partnerships, university research collaborations, and technology alliances that strengthen the Canadian AI stack. We are building the digital railroad this country needs. The team we build now will define how Canada builds, owns, and operates its AI infrastructure for the next generation.

The Opportunity

AI Fabric’s core business is finding and developing data centre sites across Canada and filling them with customers. We have a compelling value proposition (Canada’s national AI infrastructure platform), strong government and industry relationships, and a growing pipeline. What we don’t have is someone dedicated to telling that story, building the partnerships that differentiate us, and making sure the sales function never walks into a meeting without the right materials or walks out of a conference without a full calendar of follow-ups.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement. You build the external presence, cultivate the technology and ecosystem partnerships that strengthen our position, and make the BD function more effective at every stage of the pipeline. When there is a road show, you fill the calendar. When there is a conference, you book the meetings. When a customer needs a one-pager, you wrote it last week.

Because AI Fabric operates within Bell’s enterprise ecosystem, this role requires someone who can run with the pace and autonomy of a scaling operation while building strong, collaborative relationships across the larger organization. Marketing, messaging, and partner engagement will need to be coordinated with Bell Business Markets marketing and Bell Corporate Communications. The right person finds that interplay energizing, not exhausting.

The scope of this role will evolve as priorities shift, requiring comfort operating without predefined mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Collateral

  • Create and maintain sales collateral: capability decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposals, and customer-facing presentations that position AI Fabric’s infrastructure advantage.
  • Support the COO and Sales Operations Manager in preparing for customer meetings, road shows, and conference engagements.
  • Develop content that generates inbound interest and supports the sales pipeline.
  • Own post-event follow-up workflows: capture contacts, update CRM, route leads to Sales Operations, and track conversion.

 

Technology Partnerships

  • Coordinate closely with Bell Business Markets, Ateko, and Bell Corporate on joint technology initiatives, ensuring aligned messaging, shared milestones, and coordinated go-to-market activity.
  • Leverage Bell’s existing technology relationships to accelerate partnership development and extend AI Fabric’s reach into adjacent markets.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI Fabric prospects and partners to the broader Bell portfolio where the relationship is mutually beneficial, strengthening both AI Fabric’s value proposition and Bell’s enterprise position.

 

Ecosystem & Feeder Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with companies that act as feeder partners: power providers, infrastructure vendors, and technology platforms whose customer relationships generate qualified referrals into AI Fabric’s pipeline.
  • Structure and track partner referral programs so joint opportunities are visible and consistently followed up.
  • Cultivate university partnerships: research collaborations, talent pipelines, and joint programs.
  • Work with Bell’s national sales and account teams to identify and activate site development and customer opportunities that feed AI Fabric’s pipeline.
  • Build relationships with industry associations, research institutions, and government-adjacent organizations that reinforce AI Fabric’s position in national AI infrastructure.
  • Work with Bell Business Markets marketing and Corporate Communications to align messaging across public and private channels.

 

Events, Road Shows & Conference Execution

  • Own high-impact market presence and engagement planning: orchestrate road shows and conference participation end to end by targeting priority customers and partners, optimizing schedules for maximum coverage, coordinating travel and logistics, and ensuring every interaction drives concrete sales outcomes and executive commitments.

 

Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning

  • Lead competitive and market intelligence across Canadian data centre and cloud landscapes, tracking key players, hyperscaler activity, and industry and policy signals. Synthesize field insights from Sales Operations into actionable guidance for sales strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market timing.

 

External Presence & Brand

  • Develop and maintain AI Fabric’s social media presence and thought leadership content.
  • Manage external marketing resources (agencies, freelancers, designers) and hold them to timelines.
  • Align external brand and content with Bell Corporate Communications guidelines and Bell Business Markets marketing.

Critical Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in marketing, partnerships, or sales enablement in a technology or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across formats (web, social, long-form, presentations, sales collateral).
  • Experience supporting a sales function: building collateral, preparing meeting materials, and managing event-driven pipeline activities.
  • Event and conference management experience, including scheduling high-density meeting programs around conferences and road shows.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into content creation, research, and workflow management. We use AI extensively and expect every team member to do the same.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling language for non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.

Additional Requirements

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
