On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

The Manager, Go-To-Market and commercial strategy will drive the development and execution of end-to-end GTM strategies and initiatives across Bell Wholesale products and services. This role combines go to market launches, strategic analysis, commercial planning, cross-functional program leadership, and performance management.

 

The successful candidate is a structured, commercially minded operator who can design strategies and translate strategies into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for all new and existing wholesale services
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Product, Network, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams
  • Build business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions (market expansion, channel optimization, competitive response)
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and commercial strategy
  • Translate strategic direction into structured execution plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Lead defined workstreams within cross-functional transformation and commercialization initiatives
  • Establish and track KPIs, develop performance dashboards and executive-ready reporting
  • Prepare executive presentations and support senior leadership updates
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ of experience in corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or a B2B telecommunications/technology environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working cross-functionally within complex organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Clear, concise executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecommunications or wholesale industry experience
  • Experience in B2B enterprise or service provider environments
  • Experience in CRM and data visualization tool is a plus
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
