We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to help spearhead and grow various product and business initiatives for the Consumer and Enterprise customer base.


This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Network and Connectivity Services. The position is responsible for the strategic development and execution of key product initiatives within the Internet-of-Things (IoT) ecosystem. This will include a wide portfolio that includes NB-IoT, connected car, and embedded SIM initiatives.  Responsibilities include wireless-centric Product Development and Management for the Consumer and Enterprise markets that will drive new revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in a fast changing marketplace. 


This position will serve as the primary interface between our Product Marketing teams for take to market activities, our technology teams for service enablement, and external partners with respect to partnership definition.


The position requires someone with refined marketing, communications, partner management, project management, people skills, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.


Position Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Own and develop the strategy to drive end to end execution of all stages of the product lifecycle, from market assessment, new product/feature introduction, product enhancement and evolution, and sunsetting end of life products
  • Represent and champion the creation of projects, related features and services, while collaborating with internal partners in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Marketing, Marketing & Communications, etc
  • Create strategically compelling service descriptions and product presentations to obtain alignment from key stakeholders
  • Prioritize product rationalization through creation and ownership of business case and forecast modeling
  • Interface with potential external partners for building customer added value


Experience / Core Competencies: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of Industry experience in telecommunications in a product development, product marketing and/or business development environment
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, analytical and financial aptitude with strong track record in achieving business objectives
  • Experience with managing and leading high performing teams effectively towards objectives
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual who has the ability to deliver results within a large matrix organization and a great executer of strategies in a performance-based culture
  • Ability to build relationships up, across and down the organization (including outside vendors)
  • A winning attitude and an influential personality gifted at multi-dimensional relationship building and product scope with an understanding of mobile products
  • Technically inclined with an interest and ability to understand new mobile technology and operational processes.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
