  • Provide support in day-to-day pricing analyses and approvals for resales, maintenance and cabling opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams on customer Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and other pricing requests
  • Conduct financial analyses and modelling on large business opportunities
  • Provide pricing strategies and leadership for complex opportunities improve win rates while maximizing profitability and aligning to corporate profitability focus
  • Work with other Lines of Business within BBM to consolidate financial analyses for complex solutions
  • Prepare strong and well-supported business case to executives for pricing approval
  • Participate in funnel discussion with sales and finance to gain early visibility of pricing requests
  • Attend cadence meetings with sales solution specialists and client executives to understand account challenge and market dynamics
  • Track and document win/loss and competitive information for key opportunities
  • Gather market and competition intelligence through different channels
  • Initiate post-mortem reviews with sales for key losses to gain lesson-learns, and share with the extended pricing team and product managers
  • Understand various partner incentive programs and discount structures to support pricing activities



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to synthesize large amounts of knowledge and data
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to influence management strategic thinking, and creative problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of financial modeling: cash flow, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a face-paced working environment, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Superb MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of vendor programs and order operation is a plus



  • 3+ years experience in a pricing role in the telecommunication industry, or 5 years in a similar role in other industries



  • Education – Preferred B.Com.from an accredited university




Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
