We are a unique team under the COE that is dedicated and focused on:

1.         Ensuring execution excellence across all of BCE channels

2.         Driving channel efficiency by centralizing project and program development, 

3.         Acting as the liaison between the channels and the business

The role will allow the incumbent to be proactively involved in all aspect of the daily operations for the Mobility business sector with an Omni-channel lens. It is a phenomenal opportunity to be part of an ever-changing environment, to break silos amongst channels and create a seamless customer experience. The role will provide the opportunity to be managing both large and small projects with speed and accuracy. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives from ideation through to development and post launch support as the overall project manager to ensure flawless execution within the retail channels.
  • Understand, communicate & document all critical project information including but not limited to project planning, feasibility analysis, business case, business requirements, and executive and partner stakeholder presentations.
  • Develop working relationships with primes from across the organization and various internal business stakeholders to capture and represent retail channel needs through all aspects of the projects.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure all projects are tracking to plan and all milestones are successfully delivered.
  • Complete project impact analysis by collecting any competitive analysis or relevant use cases from other retailers & store input on requirements and ensure no impacts to retail operational success with new launch (comp, support, reporting, labor, etc.).
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and managing multiple work streams at the same time.



  • 3 – 5 years large scale project management experience or PMP preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations and communications through all levels of the organization, strong grasp of English, French a benefit,
  • Solid understanding of program execution methodologies
  • Team player with a strong focus on interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Ability to analyze results, identify issues, and develop recommendations/processes
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, concurrent projects and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working at different levels of the organization   
  • Self Starter with high degree of initiative and energy level
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Projects)
  • System knowledge of Hybris and SAP is an asset 


Education and Experience:

  • Post secondary education including a university degree or college diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, preferably in telecommunications 


Working Conditions:

  • Candidate must work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday – Friday,
  • Overtime may be required for project implementations, testing and support.





Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
