Role Purpose
The Senior Consultant, Funnel Management plays a critical role within Bell’s AI organization, responsible for managing the end-to-end AI initiative funnel and supporting governance, prioritization, and executive decision-making. This role ensures AI initiatives progress with discipline, transparency, and alignment—from early intake and business case development through approval, execution, and value tracking.
Key Accountabilities
AI Governance & Funnel Management
- Own day-to-day management of the AI initiative funnel from intake through execution
- Manage all intakes and the end-to-end process across the AI Fabric portfolio.
- Coordinate intake, prioritization, and sequencing of AI initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities
- Maintain visibility into initiative status, risks, dependencies, and decision points
- Ensure consistent application of governance stages and readiness criteria
Governance & Decision Support
- Support execution of the AI governance framework through preparation of materials and analyses
- Ensure initiatives meet approval and readiness requirements prior to advancement
- Track governance decisions, conditions, and follow-ups to ensure execution alignment
- Act as liaison between initiative owners and governance forums
Executive & Leadership Materials
- Develop and maintain executive-level portfolio views, summaries, and premier decks
- Translate complex financial, operational, and technical inputs into decision-ready insights
- Support preparation of leadership and corporate strategy submissions
Cross-BU & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate inputs across Business Units, AI Operations, Finance, Product, and Sales
- Identify cross-initiative dependencies and escalate risks or misalignment
- Support alignment between operational readiness and go-to-market execution
Portfolio & Value Tracking
- Partner with Finance to track approved business cases and funding assumptions
- Monitor forecasted versus actual performance and surface risks early
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and version control
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 6–9 years experience in governance, portfolio management, consulting, or complex program environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills
- Experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional organizations
