About the Team

Join the Bell Wholesale team, a pivotal group that empowers national and international service providers, major tech companies, and digital startups to expand their connectivity across Canada. You will provide the critical telecom infrastructure that fuels the growth of AI and enables industry leaders to innovate.

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Wholesale Transformation to develop and lead complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives. In this senior-level role, you will implement next-generation, AI-driven solutions to optimize our processes for new and existing wholesale services.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, an expert communicator, and a hands-on executor. Proven experience in business transformation or management consulting is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact programs that align with wholesale business goals, driving growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of capital plans, ensuring strategic investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Champion automation, AI, and process simplification initiatives to enhance team productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
  • Act as the integration lead for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and successful delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop comprehensive strategies to address them, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or wholesale environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Preferred: Experience in the telecommunications/technology industry or with carrier business models.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
