Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

Bell Business Markets (BBM) provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology services.

Position Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the business of top Bell Business Markets through the planning and executing of successful Take-To-Market (TTM) programs for partner solutions. This role will have a dual function of developing partner-marketing strategy as well as managing a team of partner marketers. They must work cross-functionally, unifying peers from different internal teams (e.g. Partner Management, Product Management, Marketing Communications) and external partners to drive success in joint marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Understand the unique needs of our B2B customers and craft joint value propositions and messaging that highlight the unique benefits of our partner portfolio to our target market
  • Co-create and execute high impact joint marketing campaigns and demand generation programs with strategic partners to accelerate the adoption broad portfolio of BBRM partner solutions
  • Create alignment with BBM business goals and objectives, partner strategy and marketing strategy to drive success in joint marketing efforts
  • Develop sales enablement content and playbooks that will enable sellers to effectively position partner offerings 
  • Develop tools to empower Sales teams to support new product launches, events and other partner marketing programs


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University Degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in developing partner marketing strategy and driving execution 
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; Enterprise software experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years managing a team of Partner Marketers 

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

  • Ability to forge strong internal and external partner relationships and communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners
  • Ability to create B2B technology value propositions and messaging 
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills 
  • Critical thinking and a passion for driving results
  • Strong self-management  and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines; the willingness to work extended hours on occasion as required by the business
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Salesforce and other marketing software



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
