Summary

 

We are seeking a technical and innovative leader who will help us introduce new software architectures to evolve our networks to deal with technologies and removal of legacy networks in IP , Ethernet and Security domains while managing a dynamic virtual network software devops team.

Critical Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years in developing IP/Ethernet/Security architectures protocols and other standards are introduced in networks and evolution in the industry
  • Proven track record of planning and delivery of initiatives using lean or agile approach
  • Experience in working in software development and virtualized environment 
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and orchestration
  • University degree in software or telecom engineering or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of how routing software to automate networks
  • A coach that can develop his team members, articulate vision and direction
  • Experience in leading sourcing activities and partnering with key vendors
  • Someone who, through teamwork, can break down and resolve a process/system problem and provide a modular and easily sustainable solution
  • Well organized and priority focused individual who can manage through operational unplanned work 
  • A continuous learner that will invest to hone his own skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
