Summary

We are seeking a strategic AI engineer to lead the transition of our legacy enterprise systems to a modern, AI-native microservices architecture. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to systematically refactor code and decommission legacy products with zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legacy Modernization: Extract core business logic from monolithic legacy applications and safely transition them to modern microservices, overseeing the final decommissioning of old systems.
  • AI Integration: Utilize top-tier LLMs (Gemini, Claude), Agentic AI, and RAG workflows to analyze legacy code, map dependencies, and generate optimized target code.
  • Cloud & MLOps: Architect scalable, resilient environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Kubernetes, and establish comprehensive MLOps pipelines.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Leverage "Vibe Coding" techniques, the Blitzy toolset for high-performance processing, and the Antigravity framework for data migration and state management.
  • Mentorship: Coach developers, lead technical upskilling workshops, and document the mapping of legacy features to modern counterparts.

Critical Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Master’s degree in AI/ML, plus 7+ years of hands-on experience in legacy refactoring and AI application development.
  • AI/ML Mastery: Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs (Gemini, Claude), RAG, and MLOps.
  • Infrastructure: Proven track record with GCP, Kubernetes orchestration, and maintaining valid professional cloud/AI certifications.
  • Required Frameworks: Technical mastery of the Antigravity library, Blitzy toolset, and "Vibe Coding" methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Willingness to perform deep "archaeological" code reviews to understand undocumented legacy behaviors and optimize the computational cost of new models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated code translation tools, domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, database schema refactoring, and canary deployments.
  • Spoken and written competencies in French and English.
