Summary

 

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the development of high-quality, independent analyses that drive business value. You will transform complex datasets into structured, actionable insights and derive key implications from contracts, financial documentation, and stakeholder materials. Constructing robust financial models using various analytical tools with comprehensive sensitivity analyses is a critical part of the role. You will create polished, executive-ready materials that effectively communicate findings and uncover meaningful trends and correlations within diverse data sources. Additionally, you will generate multiple strategic options based on rigorous analysis and craft compelling narratives that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver it to executive audiences. 

Key Responsibilities

Critical Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience Profile: 3-7 years of work experience with a demonstrated track record of increasing analytical responsibility, proven ability to drive analysis into business impact, through a portfolio of high-impact visual
  • artifacts and presentations delivered to executive audiences. Experience in management consultancy or corporate strategic advisory roles is highly desirable. 
  • Professional Skills: Structured thinking, issue decomposition, exceptional attention to detail, executive-level communication, ability to gather people, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning orientation. 
  • Analytical Toolkit: Advanced Excel modeling, financial scenario analysis, and proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. Demonstrated hands-on experience using modern AI toolsets for analysis, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and BigQuery ML 
  • Problem-Solving Frameworks: MECE problem structuring, McKinsey’s 7S organizational assessment, root cause analysis methodologies, strategic positioning frameworks, and value driver trees. 

Business Acumen 

 

  • Financial Analysis: NPV, IRR, ROIC calculation, cost structure and benefit analysis, and variance analysis. 
  • Value Analysis: Full lifecycle economic modeling, and comparative scenario value modeling. 
  • Solution Assessment: Feasibility, viability, implementation road mapping, technology ecosystem evaluation, implementation risk identification, capability maturity assessment, and technology strategy development. 
  • Systems Thinking and Methods: Vendor selection and solution evaluation frameworks. 

Technical Acumen 

 

  • Aptitude: Grasp new technology concepts quickly 
  • Digital transformation: BSS modernization, customer lifecycle management, LBGUPS evolution 
  • Platform familiarity: SaaS platforms and cloud solutions (nice to have) – Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google, AWS 

 

Communication Excellence:

 

  • Presentation Mastery: Storyboarding, narrative structure development, executive-level oral presentation delivery, technical concept translation, audience adaptation, stakeholder management, compelling data-driven storytelling. 
  • Visual Communication: Information architecture, data visualization best practices, executive dashboards, complex process mapping, slide design principles. 
  • Management System: Constructing and facilitating work management systems, Kanban, making work and progression visible to the team
