Summary

The Marketing New Product Introduction (NPI) and Projects team is looking for an experienced strategic marketer and project manager to support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that impact the Bell Consumer, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile brands, on wireline and wireless products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI / Project take to market integration and execution within the consumer organization
  • Support definition and refinement of project scopes, to ensure product/project ROI is maximized, along with optimal customer experience
  • Act as the “quarterback” on take to market strategy development and execution, engaging and collaborating with partners
  • Partner with x-functional teams, including: marketing, operations, product, IT, pricing, business intelligence, and marketing communications
  • Lead or support business case development
  • Present project updates to executive leadership and partners, taking ownership on any takeaways
  • Post mortem analyses on initiatives

Critical Qualifications

  • 2+ years marketing experience; telecommunications, banking experience and/or university degree an asset
  • Experience leading and managing projects with multiple x-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to influence x-functional partners and gain stakeholders alignment through effective communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner, highly self-motivated with proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects through effective prioritization, sense of urgency while meeting timelines
  • Ability to analyze data and pull out insights and opportunities
  • Experience preparing and presenting to the executive level
  • High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
