Summary

Bell Mobility is seeking a strategic, analytical and highly motivated individual to join the Partnerships Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. If you are an experienced marketer with a strong analytical background and a proven ability to translate your insights into effective campaign strategies, then this role is for you.

 

Supported by the Senior Manager of Partnerships Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing acquisition marketing campaigns by leveraging the unique value and opportunities available in Bell’s partnerships. You’ll be a key player in driving sales and revenue growth for the Bell wireless organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute acquisition marketing campaigns end to end, all with the goal of meeting our broader sales and revenue objectives. This includes strategizing, sizing, targeting, segmentation, brief writing, creative review and post mortem analysis
  • Lead cross-functionally in order to successfully execute campaigns. This includes securing offers with the support of our pricing team, conveying the campaign’s creative and strategic goals to support creative development, equipping our sales and support teams with key information and collaborating with our external partners to support each step as necessary
  • Maximize campaign efficiencies; selecting offers, messages and tactics that drive the greatest return on marketing investment
  • Regularly measure campaign performance and consumer trends to report against objectives and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Build concise and compelling marketing presentations to drive buy-in all from all levels of the organization
  • Opportunities to work on projects that support our acquisition efforts, such as launching new offers, products, marketing programs and expanding our partnerships

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree or College Diploma (marketing focus preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in a progressive marketing and/or data analytics position
  • Experience with customer profiling, segmentation and building of a holistic marketing strategy
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across various tactics (web, retail, email, digital, social)
  • Experience analyzing campaigns and generating meaningful insight to drive iteration and improvement
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate, interpret and analyse data and apply learnings
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation & deck building, tactful in influencing multiple audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams; ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong initiative, a self starter who takes ownership of their portfolio and its success
  • Creative and passionate, ready to pitch new ideas to drive the business forward
  • Organized, with keen attention to detail
