On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

The Manager, Sales Strategy, will be a key member of the Sales Strategy team within BBM, responsible for translating high-level strategy into tangible programs designed to accelerate revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping how we enter new markets, launch new services, and deepen our penetration within key customer segments.

The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, and other functions to design and implement effective go-to-market initiatives, operational frameworks, and performance metrics. A successful candidate will excel at structured thinking and data-driven analysis, using these skills to design programs that align sales activities with core business objectives. They will be a central connector, ensuring that strategic vision is effectively operationalized throughout the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Design: Support the analysis and design of critical sales programs by:
    • Developing go-to-market strategies and entry plans
    • Designing sales plays and operational frameworks aimed at increasing service attach rates, cross-sell penetration, and overall customer wallet share.
  • Sales Analytics & Insight: Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market trends to build compelling, data-driven business cases for investment in new sales programs, resources, and operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Act as a central point of contact for strategic sales projects, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business units to drive cohesive program design and execution.

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategy, sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and program design.
  • Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and build relationships within a matrixed organization.
  • A resourceful self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analyses and program designs to various audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
