Summary

Our Customer Success Management team helps customers achieve their business goals through successful onboarding and usage of our Bell Business Marketplace. The Customer Success Management team collaborates with Product Management and Sales to support the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building relationships with customers and identifying customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Pre-Sales Demos, Onboarding, Assisted Sales, Support: Working with customers, and within various tools, all the way from pre-sales, through onboarding and purchasing, to renewals and support.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: support customers with requests and escalations of issues related to billing, products, and platforms.
  • Reporting: Track and report on customer status/performance and customer satisfaction.

Critical Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is considered a significant advantage.
  • Bilingualism (French & English)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in cloud computing technologies and Microsoft 365 product offers.
  • Experience with Customer Success Management and/or Customer Service in a technology resale environment
