What You'll Do
In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM), you'll contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of technology solutions that support Bell's enterprise customers. Through cross-functional rotations, you'll gain practical experience across both technical and business domains while developing a broad understanding of BBM's products, services, and operations.
- Complete rotations across areas such as AI/ML, Cloud, Business Intelligence, Software Development, Product Management, and related functions.
- Support the development and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, products, and services.
- Analyze data and business requirements to identify insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Contribute to transformational initiatives that advance customer experience, operational performance, and business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Apply Agile ways of working to support project execution, product delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and industry experts across Bell.
Education & Eligibility
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) or business-related field OR a college/CEGEP diploma or post-grad certificate completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before your application date.
- You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.
Core Capabilities & Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to solve business and technical problems.
- Customer-focused mindset with an interest in creating impactful B2B technology solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional experiences.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and succeed in rotational and cross-functional settings.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of data technologies and analytics tools, including SQL, Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, Tableau, Python, or similar platforms.
- Foundational experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of AI/ML concepts, models, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development principles, programming, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
- Systems thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer and business outcomes.
