What You'll Do

In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM), you'll contribute to the strategy, delivery, and optimization of solutions that help enterprise customers achieve their business goals. Through cross-functional rotations, you'll develop a broad understanding of Bell's products, services, customers, and business operations while building experience across multiple disciplines. 

  • Complete rotations across functions such as Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and related business areas. 
  • Support the development, launch, and optimization of enterprise products, services, and customer solutions. 
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, business performance, and growth. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and support key projects. 
  • Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to product, project, and process delivery. 
  • Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and industry experts across Bell. 

Education & Eligibility

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Commerce, Business Administration, Business Technology Management or business-related field with no than three years delay between degrees.    
  • You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data and insights into business recommendations. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in enterprise technology, product strategy, and business solutions. 
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional experiences. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced, rotational environments. 
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams. 
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how products, operations, technology, and customer needs connect to business outcomes. 
  • Data literacy and experience working with complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers. 
  • Digital fluency and interest in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology trends. 
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanban. 
  • Curiosity, continuous learning, and a growth mindset with a passion for innovation and improving customer experiences.
