Summary
Bell Media is seeking a highly driven and strategic Account Manager specializing in digital and multiplatform media sales. The ideal candidate is an accomplished business developer with a proven ability to generate revenue growth within a complex, full‑funnel advertising ecosystem. This client‑centric role is suited for a persuasive communicator who excels at designing integrated, performance‑oriented advertising solutions spanning Digital, Out‑of‑Home (OOH), Linear Television, and Radio.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Media Solutions & Strategic Advisory
- Develop data‑informed multiplatform sales presentations that articulate clear performance strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Build and deliver compelling proposals that align with client objectives and maximize the value of Bell Media’s integrated assets.
- Champion the strategic benefits of integrated campaigns and effectively position Bell Media as a high‑impact, full‑service partner.
Client Relationship Leadership
- Cultivate, strengthen, and expand long‑term strategic relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client challenges and proactively recommend innovative, multichannel solutions that drive measurable results.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, assess, and pursue new revenue opportunities across a diverse range of advertiser categories.
- Maintain a robust, forward‑looking sales pipeline and convert emerging prospects into sustained, high‑value partnerships.
End‑to‑End Sales Cycle Management
- Lead the complete sales process—from prospecting and needs assessment, to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure disciplined, accurate, and timely management of forecasting, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Support revenue planning through consistent data hygiene and reliable sales insights.
Critical Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably within digital media.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and opening new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
- Strong understanding of the integrated media landscape and evolving advertising technologies.
- Proven ability to develop trusted, long‑standing client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and a structured, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑driven.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience with digital planning tools or DSP platforms is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset; adequate French knowledge is required for roles based in Quebec.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
