Summary
To actively hunt, develop solution strategies and sell complex, advanced solutions in the Enterprise space. This role will be a strategic partner to the Client Executive role and their relationships in existing named Enterprise accounts as well as hunting for Net New accounts of Enterprise potential. Success will come from understanding their business challenges and architecting solutions that leverage cutting-edge Bell products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hunting & Solution Development: Proactively identify and pursue net-new enterprise accounts and opportunities within existing accounts that require advanced wireless solutions. Develop and present compelling business cases for these solutions.
- Client Needs Analysis & Solution Architecture: Conduct in-depth discovery with clients to understand their strategic business objectives, operational challenges, and technical requirements. Architect end-to-end wireless solutions that address these needs, incorporating IoT, 5G, security, AI, and collaboration elements.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Act as the subject matter expert for advanced wireless technologies (IoT, Private 5G, Slicing) and their business applications. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Client Executives, pre-sales engineers, professional services, and other internal teams to design, propose, and deliver integrated solutions.
Value-Based Selling: Drive sales cycles by demonstrating the tangible business outcomes and ROI of advanced solutions, moving beyond transactional selling. - Proposal Development & Presentation: Create and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to specific client needs and executive audiences.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and inform solution development.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline for advanced wireless solutions using CRM, focusing on forecasting accuracy and activity-based metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor for advanced wireless initiatives.
Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong focus on selling complex technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling, particularly in areas like IoT, private networks, or advanced mobility solutions.
- Proven experience in hunting and developing net-new business.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of wireless technologies, including 5G (NSA/SA), Private Networks, network slicing, and IoT platforms.
- Familiarity with network architecture, security principles, and emerging technologies like AI and cloud integration.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions and their business benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Sales & Business Acumen:
- Strong ability to understand client business challenges and map them to technology solutions.
- Experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases and ROI analyses.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., TAS, Solution Selling and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Leverage AI agents to incorporate into the deal development
- Analytical skills and proficiency with full Microsoft Suit of products
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Professional and Managed Services.
- Knowledge of specific vertical industries
- Assess unique needs in relevant wireless technologies or solution architectures
- Graduate Degree Post Secondary School
