Name and description of the hiring department

The Field Services BI team resides within Field Services and is responsible for developing, maintaining and using data to drive insights on the customer experience and field productivity. The team consists of business analysts for analyzing data, ETL developers for sourcing and maintaining data and reporting developers for presenting the data in dashboards and scorecards. Our team partners closely with other Business Intelligence teams within the company. We support our field frontline and support teams with impactful insights that help us continue to transform the business.

 

We are seeking a Project/Process Delivery Associate experienced supporting scorecard management through documentation, report design and generation, data analysis and validation, and communicating with stakeholders.

Job duties / Accountabilities

Play an important role in the production, validation and distribution of various reports for Field Services management. To do so, you will need to work closely with Business analysts, programmers and project managers. Your role will be to:

 

 

  • Work closely with the team to deliver the various reports used by management on a weekly basis
  • Validate and distribute reports ensuring quality product is delivered on an ad hoc basis
  • Answer various questions regarding the metrics on the reports from the managers and directors involved in these metrics
  • Assist in implementation of documentation and creation of instructions/job guide for team colleagues
  • Participate in validations when developing web tools such as reports, dashboards, forms and applications
  • Work jointly with the Strategy Team to deliver the required results to produce the strategic plan for senior management
  • Develop and implement process improvements to maximize service efficiency

Essential Qualifications / Competencies

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Works transparently with others, positively contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail, ad hoc and accuracy Meet tight reporting, documentation and data validation deadlines
  • Agile, able to adapt easily to changing priorities and circumstances
  • Maintains a positive and supportive attitude, even under pressure. Willingness to serve as a mentor Experience in high level reporting i.e.) Executive reports
  • Strong command of their field, consistently providing high quality job
  • The commitment to stay current in your field through training
  • Intermediate proficiency in M365 Office (Excel/Power Point/SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of English and French without any significant limitation. In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiatives to address them

Working condition

  • Occasional overtime depending on the business needs
