Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven HR Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to join the HR Transaction Management (GTRH) team.
This role is essential in helping us improve our operations: as our managers are heavily engaged in day‑to‑day activities, we need a specialist capable of taking the lead on continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation of our transactional activities.

As a key partner, you will analyze our operational needs, enhance our transactional processes, and propose technological solutions to increase the efficiency, quality, and compliance of our operations. You will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and the implementation or enhancement of our HRIS/Payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Improvement
•    Assess existing processes (HR transactions, time management, employee data, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
•    Recommend and prioritize solutions aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing manual steps, and optimizing both the user and employee experience.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation
•    Collect, document, and validate operational requirements from GTRH managers and internal stakeholders.
•    Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
System Design and Configuration
•    Participate in the configuration, enhancement, or integration of HR/Payroll systems.
•    Support the automation and standardization of transactional processes.
Data Management and Analysis
•    Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support HR/Payroll operations and decision making.
•    Conduct analyses, data audits, and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
Implementation and Support of HR Solutions
•    Participate in testing, deployment, and post implementation support for improvements or new modules.
•    Collaborate closely with IT teams, key users, and project managers.
Documentation and Compliance
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations.
•    Ensure practices and systems comply with labor laws, data protection standards, and internal policies.

Critical Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience with HR/Payroll processes (time management, payroll, employee data).
  • Relevant experience in a business analyst role, ideally in human resources or payroll.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, ADP, etc.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of requirements‑gathering techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and strong internal customer service orientation.
  • Ability to gather data and clearly communicate insights and conclusions, translating them into clear and actionable findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience with specific modules (Organizational Structure, Time & Attendance, Absences, Compensation).
  • Experience in a high‑volume or operational transformation environment.
