Job Title:                   Charting Coordinator, Astral Média Outdoor LP, Non-mgmt

Salary:                       Commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Reporting to the Team Leader, the Charting Coordinator, in collaboration with the other chartist, manages inventory, allocates advertising space for our various products and markets using specialized software, process contracts and instructions, and coordinate the installation.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage and processing of work instructions in a clear and concise manner
  • Process revision and advertising contracts for each campaign
  • Coordinates reception and processing of visuals within the prescribed time
  • Coordinate the reception and posting of advertising material
  • Communicate with our internal and external partners to coordinate work and and be solution orientedPerform other related duties related to the job

Skill requirements:

  • Good organizational skills, preciseness and good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and set priorities
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships, communicate effectively, and to providegood customer service
  • Bilingual spoken and written (essential)
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Word, Windows)
  • Previous experience with Traffic or Charting software (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Montreal and Toronto markets (an asset)


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
