The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service
  • Work closely with the account managers
  • Communicate with external & internal clients, radio stations, our inventory management team and our traffic business unit
  • Conduct LENS analysis according to the adopted strategy in collaboration with the account managers
  • Verify the inventory (sponsorships and/or live coverage)
  • Write and verify all steps leading to a broadcast contract
  • Coordinate with radio stations and clients when promotional material is missing
  • Ensure follow-ups of commercial exchange contracts

 

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent and/or a minimum of 2 years experience in Media and/or Sales
  • Experience in an advertising agency is an asset
  • Dynamic personality, resourceful, organized
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, meet commitments
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure
  • Teamwork
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Bilingual written and spoken (ability to revise and write)

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
