On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

As Client Executive, you will lead efforts to enhance service and sales in the business-to-business environment (business markets). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join one of the company’s most effective sales teams.


Reporting directly to the senior manager of Sales, the incumbent will play a key role on the sales team and will be responsible for maintaining and developing new business relationships and deploying the strategic vision and roadmap of key clients. As a member of the sales team, you have experience in translating the strategic plan and priorities of a large organization into relevant, impactful and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through strategic prospecting within an established account base, by managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to the signing of the agreement
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and present convincing business proposals, executive summaries and agreement negotiations to all levels of management, focusing on adapting solutions to meet clients’ unique needs
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among internal teams to provide and support customized solutions, leveraging internal networks for effective implementation
  • Use Salesforce to monitor progress, report on key indicators and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with partners to develop and implement winning sales strategies, in harmony with overall business objectives

Critical Qualifications

  • Three to five years of proven experience in managing business accounts or as a sales advisor
  • Natural ability to prospect for new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Desire to close sales with clients based on the value of products and services rather than their price
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Disciplined and results-oriented, has time management skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively and achieve objectives within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and convincing manner
  • English is required: interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Sales experience in the telecommunications field is an asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
