Name and description of the hiring department
The APSS Support group is a small helpdesk center where our clients (vendors and Bell employees) can obtain support for all their Accounts Payable questions, primarily the APSS (Accounts Payable Self Serve) application. We receive clients’ requests for support by phone or email, we analyze the request and return with a response/solution.
Job Duties / Accountabilities
- Receive, analyze and validate the information gathered from the various invoices and requests
- Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of information in the system
- Take the necessary corrective measures and ensure the integrity of vendor invoices
- Identify potential problems due to many exceptions and initiate corrective actions based on criteria
- Analyze discrepancies and contact internal departments and /or external parties to resolve problems
- Provide support and guidance to external vendors and internal Bell colleagues through frequent verbal and written communication
- Produce reports on requests submitted by external auditors, employees or manager
- Carry out various requests or any other tasks related to the position
Essential Skills / Competencies
- Knowledge of Excel software
- Analytical spirit and attention to detail
- Autonomy, initiative, creativity and capacity to work within restricted timeline
- Aptitude to effectively communicate information by telephone or writing
- Communication and significant interpersonal relations
- Knowledge of English and French without any significant limitation. In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
- Knowledge of SAP P50 system
- Accounting knowledge
Work Conditions
- Work week of 37.5 hours. Possibility of work hours between 8:00AM and 5:00PM
- Remote. Have to go to the office once a week or if needed.

- Continuous work on terminal
