The System Storage / Security team at Bell Business Markets is a multifunctional team whose members are knowledgeable and dynamic. This team is responsible for delivering the best customer experience in its category (Data Center / Security) to our National mid-market and corporate customers.

The Consultant, Sales Fulfillment is responsible for designing, coordinating and resolving customer inquiries and working directly with internal and external partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. As a System Storage / Security team from Bell Business Markets to its customers, Consultant, Sales Fulfillment are ideally placed to consistently deliver a high-quality, reliable customer experience in the design of quotes created via BSS tool and/or other tools.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Created the design, coordinated and resolved all the requests of the National customers to their satisfaction
  • Understand customer requirements to capture opportunities to promote the benefits of doing business with Bell and to close sales to preserve and generate revenue
  • Research and analyze information to answer questions and solve problems
  • Issue orders and update vendor equipment lists in different tools as needed
  • Maintain communication with customers and partners to inform them of the status of their request until released into the UDB / SAP tool.
  • Be the single point of contact for the customer until release of the request, eliminating call transfers to other services.
  • Obtain and keep update in the certifications of several products from our main suppliers.
  • Develop expertise with products connecting to the center to give System Storage, Safety and Atlantic Process

Essential skills and abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of the French language (5-5-5) / 5 = full control of the language without restriction.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (5-5-5) / 5 = full control of the language without restriction.
  • Communicate fluently in writing and orally with clients

  • Know the customer service process from start to finish, understand the impact of your actions on the quality of the customer experience
  • Understanding, quickly evaluating customer requests and identifying omissions in customer information received.

Desired skills and abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of mid and large enterprise products, as well as different business solutions (including voice, Internet, IP, data, broadband, and value-added services) and their processes
  • Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Excel application.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Word application.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Outlook application.
  • Strong knowledge of the following tools: BSS, UDB, SAP, CCW, UT +, WFM, NOVA
  • Additional asset, knowledge of voice and data tools, products and processes.
  • Experience in coordination with suppliers and partners.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information and keep records up-to-date.
  • Very good sense of planning and organization.
  • High adaptability to change and ability to cope with ambiguity.
  • Resistance to stress and to manage several files.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
