Responsibilities

  • Coordinate social media managers for Énergie and Rouge MTL + support for Quebec markets
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of the social media strategic plan
  • Monitor and engage with communities to identify trends and establish best practices
  • Monitor social media content and identify the best opportunities to grow our brand
  • Work collaboratively with content production, advertising, and digital teams to successfully execute coordinated and consistent marketing activities
  • Create and publish content that supports programming priorities to engage the audience on digital channels
  • Edit video to create engaging content

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in radio (minimum 3 years)
  • Degree in radio or communications, an asset
  • Attention to detail, execution skills, and follow-through
  • Organizational skills
  • Team player and self-starter
  • Ability to manage stress and pressure while juggling multiple priorities
  • Independence and excellent judgment
  • Proficiency with the M365 suite
  • Knowledge of English and French required, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
