Summary

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Digital Media, the Digital Manager iHeartRadio is responsible for managing and producing various content needs for Énergie and Rouge stations across Quebec to support live listening via iHeartRadio and on-demand content playback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Projects: Responsible for the discoverability strategy of major radio projects, with the support of a coordinator to align markets and other departments
  • Daily Operations: With a hub of digital content producers, supervise the production of daily radio operations (visuals, contests) and digital tools (website, SMS, schedules, newsletters)
  • iHeartRadio App Management: In collaboration with the product team and the English-speaking iHeart team, ensures the evolution of the iHeart app. With their team, guarantees the French-language experience of the app (displayed content, station pages, editorial activations within the app, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on trends and innovations in production programs and software and their extensions
  • Effectively manage a team while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Analyze weekly performance reports to maximize platform performance
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure creative elements are aligned and delivered on time
  • Foster positive relationships internally within the team and externally
  • Supervise and manage the budget appropriately

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience related to the position
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team and motivate team members
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in major software tools (CMS, newsletter software, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Knowledge of radio
  • Excellent knowledge of applications, websites, and connected devices
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.  

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
