Bell Mobility, a proven leader in the National Business Mobility Market, is seeking a results driven leader to continue to grow and lead our Medium Market sales efforts in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Our Bell Mobility Business Sales & Service team provides innovative, industry-leading mobile, Internet-of-Things (IOT) and Instant-Communications solutions to businesses across Canada. Our market position is bolstered by the best mobility network, a strong focus on customer experience along with an unparalleled sales and support model. This role will be reporting to the VP National Business Sales & Service, covering the Eastern Region including Toronto/Montreal/Atlantic.

 

Position Description:

The Director of Sales & Service- Business Mobility Medium Market leads a team of high performing sales and service leaders to deliver Bell’s industry leading products and services to our Medium customer base across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.  The successful candidate will be accountable to deliver on all quarterly and annual unit and revenues targets, with a focus on driving increased sales with a high level of profitability, reducing customer churn, and driving ARPU growth. The management team, reporting to the Director, consists of Regional Sales Managers and Regional Business Development managers with a focus on driving sales, customer experience, and customer retention.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high performance sales team across Ontario, Quebec & Atlantic Canada- 5 Regional Sales Management teams, and 3 Regional Business Development teams
  • Accountable for all aspects of territory management, business prospecting, sales funnel management, P&L management, contract renewal, and sales initiatives to ensure targets are achieved
  • Analyze market, industry and sales trends to identify and action relevant opportunities for sales growth
  • Facilitate regular communication across all stakeholders to ensure marketing, pricing, delivery and support teams are ready to support our sales efforts and our customer commitments are met
  • Provide superior customer service to our customers

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • 10+ years experience in senior sales management 
  • Bilingual is must (high proficiency)
  • Proven track record of building and developing high performance teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and independent thought leadership
  • Excellent time management and prioritization

 

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Saleforce.com proficiency
  • Skilled in solutions based and consultative selling
  • Understanding of the telecom and mobility industry

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
