Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical MS Workload Coordinator to oversee the coordination, scheduling, and optimization of operational workloads. In this role, you will act as a central point for managing Change requests, balancing resource availability, and ensuring smooth execution of client and internal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming work and Change requests using standard productivity and tracking tools.
- Validate request details, confirm requirements with clients, and ensure schedules align with operational constraints.
- Analyze the scope, severity, and potential impact of each request.
- Plan and coordinate work based on resource availability, ensuring efficient distribution of workloads.
- Assign tasks to technicians, confirm acceptance, and conduct ongoing follow-ups.
- Re-negotiate timelines as needed.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Adjust schedules to manage over-allocations.
- Investigate root causes of missed appointments.
- Support technicians throughout task execution.
- Coordinate cross-team change requests.
Critical Qualifications
- Experience in project management, ITSM, or change management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, especially Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with change/ticket management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of technical environments is an asset
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
