The media industry is undergoing rapid change. The Bell Media Strategy & Insights team is looking for a forward-thinking person able to juggle statistical analyses and new technologies in the language of media and marketing. As they will be working with multiple tools and databases, the candidate must be highly skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data and able to convert it into impactful sales insights. On a daily basis, the candidate will be working with a range of people in a fast-paced environment, so they must be attuned to working under pressure and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.


Responsibilities:    

  • Work mainly in collaboration with TV-Radio-Digital & OOH sales, making sure to:
    • clearly define and understand their needs
    • extract the most relevant insights using all the available resources
  • communicate the results clearly and concisely, in the appropriate format
  • Mine databases and other primary and secondary studies
  • Develop tools that will allow Bell Media to reach its full potential
  • Update sales tools based on new study results
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by their manager

    
Qualifications / skills sought:    

  • University degree in administration / marketing or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with the major media databases (Adobe Analytics, Numeris, COMMB)
  • Experience in media / marketing research (major asset: 3+ years)

Bilingualism is required (English and French); Excellent knowledge of French is required for this position in Quebec.
