Operations Analyst, Workforce Management

 

The Neighbourhood Marketing team within Bell Residential Services has an immediate openings for an Operations Analyst to provide support to a fast paced, growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for agent deployment data gathering and entry, analysis, reporting and execution. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with multiple departments of Bell.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of the territory deployment strategy for Neighbourhood Marketing
  • Work within strategic guidelines to evaluate territory for rep deployment
  • Create and upload lead lists through SalesForce CRM
  • Investigate and work towards the resolution process for various data issues
  • Ongoing business support through territory and data analysis
  • Create and distribute various reports on weekly activity and sales results
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups

 

Competencies

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with particular excellence in Excel
  • Strong attention to details, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Must apply good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive & confidential documentation
  • Must be flexible to assume a variety of duties
  • Willing to work overtime, as required

 

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • University Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Applied mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science or  equivalent work experience, which ensures an equivalent level of competency (2-5 years)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM
  • Experience with SQL-based databases
  • Database knowledge (SAS, Oracle and EDW)
  • Working in a highly charged sales environment
  • Bi-lingual (English/French)

 

 

 

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
