Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain the product information in « Axis » according to the acquisition specs, contracts and conditions
- Program the multiplatform metadata into the appropriate CMS’s (IBMS, Axis and Ace), according to the strategy determined by the merchandising team.
- Coordinate the order and entry of the synopsis, maintain the database up to date with the correct metadata, editorial information and rights.
- Managing and refer to different Smartsheet used by many teams of Bell Media. (Montreal and Toronto.
- Maintain a link with the Operations team in order to monitor the deployment of the content with our partners and internal apps. Manage the problems if necessary.
- Prepare the necessary documentation, inventory, planners and metadata.
- Confirm content warnings and AGVOT ratings, may require some screening of programming to determine appropriate warnings/ratings.

Critical Qualifications
- Passionate about TV and movies.
- Passionate about television
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television, distribution or non-linear/digital content environments.
- Knowledge or interest in the traditional TV market and OTT landscape.
- Experience working with a web CMS an asset.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken. Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.
- Experience with IBMS, Axis or Ace would be an important asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Keen sense of judgement, organizational skills and rigor.
- Aptitude for team work, open-minded and flexibility.
- Capacity to prioritize and respect deadlines.
- Adaptability, demonstrate change-management skills and capacity to work under pressure are essentials.
