Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across Field, IT and other Business Units to implement programs that will positively impact our operations by improving the technician / customer experience and supporting processes.

 

The Project Manager will be responsible to act as a Field Services Project Delivery Leader. In this key role, you must have a strong understanding of the project delivery process, data analytics, end to end processes, development of business and system requirements, the ability to meet tight timelines, the self-determination to drive results, and the experience in presenting to Director level and above.

 

This individual requires solid project management and problem solving skills with the ability to manage deliverable execution by leveraging standard project management concepts and tools.  This individual should be eager to learn the business teams, tools and processes to better execute their program.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Project Delivery Lead and/or Analyst roles on Field Services projects generating cost-effective process improvements to existing bell applications and tools
  • Gather requirements that deliver a user focused solution for tools and processes
  • Create business cases and assessments to determine impacts for different projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for the Senior Management team
  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Owning results- managing and sharing the results with the business

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to influence and implement change in other business units; change management experience
  • Proven analytical / problem solving ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
  • Ability to lead projects that drive impactful changes to the business
  • A detailed understanding of the Bell Field Services Assurance and Provisioning processes and tools
  • Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS excel
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical and curious
  • Confident and demonstrated strong leadership
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment with high tolerance to change management
  • Comfortable in working in a virtual environment (i.e. conference calls, video conference)
  • Results oriented
  • Self motivated, autonomous
  • Strong Self Management capability to work with multi-disciplinary tasks and projects
  • Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel at times for requirements gathering and deployments
  • University degree
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
  • Field Services Experience is an asset

 

Working Conditions:

  • Travel as required
  • Off normal hours (evening and weekends) at times

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
