Position: Project Manager / Airports, Bell Media

Location: 1800 McGill College, Montréal, Québec

 

Responsibilities:

The airport project manager will work in collaboration with the Airports Sales and Product Director to support sales on a daily basis with business development and commercializing new product offerings across all airports.

  • Participate in the development of new product launches and the creation of sales tools for Airport Division
  • Responsible for the new product implementation coordination including webmapping and corporate web site updates
  • Coordinate Airport client tours
  • Write, translate and share different communications to the sales team
  • Prepare sales tools, power point presentation and reports to support sales on a daily basis
  • Will manage Airport creative approvals with the different partners
  • Provide availability and inventory reports
  • Work on different special projects and work in collaboration with the different partners to execute these
  • Work in collaboration with different departments: production, creativity etc.
  • Support sales team being an Airport specialist
  • Any other related administrative tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • College or bachelor degree (administration, marketing, communication or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the media/sales  sector (an asset)
  • Proactive, organized and methodical
  • Excellent capacity to manage priorities and respect deadlines
  • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with clients (intern & extern)
  • Flexible and team player
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)

 

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French)
