Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, CRM Communications, the CRM Communications Specialist will act as project manager in overseeing and executing digital and direct marketing communication campaigns. In this collaborative position, you will work in close partnership with our internal partners in marketing, product, network, brand and legal as well as with our external creative and media agencies. You will be supporting your own portfolio, managing upsell marketing campaigns for Bell Consumer and bringing your marketing projects and briefs to life!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing communications strategy across email, SMS/MMS, paid digital media including programmatic display, paid social and paid search, and across owned digital properties
  • Create detailed marketing communication briefs that will reach campaign objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Champion the digital experience in self serve (MyBell), understand how it impacts campaign performance across various portfolios
  • Partner with the data science teams in defining customer segmentation and business requirements for each campaign
  • Ensure Bell Consumer advertising accurately communicates our products, offers, network superiority and key device features – from the legal, pricing, network and product perspectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders and external agency partners

Critical Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital/direct marketing communications, with a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing and/or a related discipline
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Dot Com experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
