  • Minimum 18 Hours per week
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Meticulous, Detail-oriented
  • Proficient with numbers
  • Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of finance / accounting / business
  • Position will be from Jan 2019 – December 2019 for FT Co-op and or Summer/PT when in school


Job duties / accountabilities:

  • Support capital management by approving and reviewing projects with their related backup documentations and ensure project costs are adequately categorized under capital/expense/removal
  • Consolidate data in executive scorecards/dashboard and perform variance analysis
  • Review and update business processes
  • Assist in tracking, reporting and analyzing departmental budgets and forecasts for managers to identify any potential issues and recommend viable solutions
  • Assist in ad hoc audits of service provider
  • Tracking of time reporting
  • Various tasks related to business transition to service provider
  • Special projects, as needed (i.e. PowerPoint presentations)


Bilingualism is required (English and French)
