Job Description
As part of the summer program, we are seeking for a student to carry out various grounds and billboard maintenance tasks. The work is performed primarily outdoors, under various weather conditions. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided upon hiring.
Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance
• Mow grass using equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, etc.)
• Perform general grounds maintenance (clean-up, debris removal, site upkeep)
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the sites
Billboard Maintenance
• Clean billboards and advertising structures
• Repaint as needed
• Report any anomalies or observed damage
Health, Safety, and Travel
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Travel between various sites using a company vehicle
• Adopt safe and responsible driving behavior
Requirements
• Must be a student and available for the duration of the summer program
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors
• Good physical condition
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
Working Conditions
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Student – Summer season
• Work Environment: Outdoor work under various weather conditions
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle and lift certain equipment
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $20.54 per hour. The advertised salary range is based on the wage scales and classifications outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The specific hourly rate within the negotiated range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
