Be at the centre of Bell’s transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. You’ll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Summary

The Corporate Communications team develops and manages all external and internal communications strategies for Bell, providing leadership on Media Relations, Financial Communications, Internal Communications, Community Investment & Sponsorship, Community Affairs and Public Affairs.

 

We are looking for someone to support corporate media relations and financial communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Relations & Reputation Management: Lead proactive media engagement strategies, cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists and secure earned media coverage that strengthens Bell’s reputation.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute integrated communications plans for major corporate announcements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
  • Financial Disclosure Communications: Manage BCE’s financial communications cycle including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports and AGM messaging.
  • Content Development & Thought Leadership: Produce compelling written materials, including press releases, key messages, briefing notes, and thought leadership pieces that reinforce Bell’s corporate narrative.
  • Issues & Crisis Management: Monitor industry trends, anticipate emerging issues, and lead rapid-response strategies during high-profile situations.

Critical Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, with expertise in media relations, financial communications and crisis management.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic communications planning and deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of Canada’s economic, political and regulatory landscape impacting telecom, media and technology sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing social media strategies and managing multichannel corporate campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, media and key stakeholders.
  • Quick learner with excellent research and problem-solving capabilities.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
