Summary
Bell Business Markets is seeking a results-oriented Client Executive to drive significant sales growth and foster deep client relationships with our public sector clients. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor for Bell's comprehensive portfolio of advanced telecommunications and IT solutions.
Successful candidates will receive a base salary and sales bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to acquire new and expand business within existing accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets for Bell's portfolio of solutions (e.g., connectivity, wireless services, unified communications, cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), security, managed IT, AI, ServiceNow and SFDC).
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned public sector clients, fostering trust and understanding their evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement comprehensive account plans that outline growth opportunities, client engagement strategies, and tailored solution roadmaps.
- Solution Expertise and Consultative Selling: Translate Bell’s strategic plan and priorities into relevant, high-impact, and effective solutions for clients. Understand client challenges and business goals to propose and position relevant Bell solutions, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Lead RFP responses, sales proposals, develop and deliver compelling client proposals, presentations and executive summaries.
- Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Proactively manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with internal teams, including technical specialists, solutions architects, customer support, and product management, to ensure seamless client experience and successful solution delivery.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications and IT industry trends, competitive landscape, and Bell's product and service offerings.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiation processes for contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
Critical Qualifications
