On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
The Client Executive plays a critical role in supporting the Strategic Accounts segment by driving retention, growth, and incremental sales within the accounts assigned.
Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong leadership attributes to drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close of sale, working hand in hand with the deal teams and sales leadership
• Develop a sales strategy based on the client’s business objectives, Bell Business Markets (BBM) product strategy and your revenue objectives
• Attain revenue and profit objectives
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business development
• Develop and deliver client proposals and presentations
• Engage and influence decision makers within your client organization
• Lead RFP responses and create sales proposals
• Lead negotiations, particularly regarding terms, prices and service quality objectives
• Build key relationships within your client organization (CIO, CFO, Director of IT, etc.)
• Keep up with industry news, emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value

- Act as a trusted partner, providing tactical and operational support to help achieve strategic objectives of the Bell team
- Lead account planning, opportunity identification, and execution of sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, pricing, and compliance documentation.
Sales Execution

- Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations tailored to Strategic account requirements.
- Respond to multiple RFQs and RFPs with strict adherence to deadlines and compliance standards.
- Drive the full opportunity sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with customer processes.
- Monitor and manage renewals within the account base to maintain continuity and growth.

Operational Excellence

- Daily engagement with the customer to identify new opportunities and updates.
- Acknowledge purchase orders and process orders accurately and promptly.
- Track KPIs and revenue objectives, ensuring consistent reporting and forecasting.
Market Intelligence

- Stay informed on the customer’s business strategies and priorities, procurement trends, and competitive threats.
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
