Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer II (Full Stack) to join our team. This role requires a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing complex features, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the security and performance of our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full stack
- Build and enhance web-based applications (UI, APIs and other components)
- Integrate AI services (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Azure OpenAI, etc.) for conversational interfaces and real-time insights
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to connect front-end components with backend logic and databases
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into working features
- Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications in a high-volume environment
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile ceremonies
- Provide accurate estimates for tasks in sprint and PI planning.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues in real-time

Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with databases – SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Firestore, MongoDB)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Proficient in API integration and database technologies.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
- Contributions to internal design systems or reusable component libraries
